Merit Awards & Scholarships

  1. Students who placed first, second, or third in the Council’s Class XI examination will receive merit scholarships worth Rs. 2,000.
  2. If applicable, the school authority will decide on additional monetary incentives for deserving students.
  3. Any student (XI and XII) who attends the school regularly will receive a monetary prize of Rs. 1000/-
  4. Any student who achieves a Position holder in the Council’s Higher Secondary Examination will receive a monetary incentive of Rs. 10,000.

Admission Procedure

Students may apply for admission if they have passed the class X exam with at least 50% from the Manipur Board of Secondary Education or from other boards or universities approved by COHSEM. For students passing in subjects other than BOSEM, eligibility certifications must be sent with the application forms.

Submission of Application Form

  1. Completed the application as directed, forms must be turned in on time.
  2. One certified copy of the H.S.L.C.E. mark sheet.
  3. One certified copy of the H.S.L.C.E. admit card.
  4. One certified copy of the certificate of eligibility (only for CBSE/other boards, etc.)

Entry Test

A single question paper including General English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics will be used for the admission test. Every subject will have 20-mark objective type questions on the curricular set by the Manipur Board of Secondary Education. The test has a time limit of two hours.

Announcement of the Results

On the same day, the test results will be announced and made available on the school website. The notice board will display the list of chosen applicants.

Fee Structure

The school office can provide information on the fee structure and payment methods. A separate fee slip and booklet will be provided at the time of admission and following a personal interview or counselling, respectively.

  • Fees and other deposited funds are non-refundable once admitted.
  • Students’ names will be removed from the register if they fail to pay their monthly payments.
  • Other undesirable ones may be subject to additional fines determined by the authorities.
